Balances, fees & payouts

The configurable standard fee is 5% of net product price plus $0.25 USD per transaction. Explicit merchant agreements can override it. For non-USD sales the fixed component uses a dated conversion reference; a missing or stale rate fails closed. Applicable taxes are calculated separately under the selected policy; sandbox examples are not universal tax advice.

The double-entry ledger separates tax liabilities, retail revenue, supplier expense, pending/available/reserved supplier compensation and simulated cash. Reserves and collected tax are not platform profit. Compensation is a contractual supplier payable under the MoR model, not a transferable wallet.

Real payouts and bank transfers remain disabled. Simulated statement/eligibility fixtures do not confirm bank account ownership, KYC or a real transfer. Verified bank accounts, ledger-reserved requests and manual transfer reconciliation are being developed; no payout API is advertised as available.
